Sent wrong patern and size which wasn't a problem as small fitting .problem was the sole fell apart on first use sell contacted with picture .replied after second message with not able to see first message new message sent again still no reply .very poor service for a faulty item that lasted less than 20 mins .not a happy customer

The seller sent me the wrong item, which I flagged with them. I was going on my honeymoon and time was tight, and yet they wanted me to return the item first before resolving the issue. Time was not on my side for this, and I expressed this. They are yet to respond to my last correspondence and they haven’t resolved their mistake. I had to order the sliders from a different site. I am now back from my honeymoon and I am still stuck with the item. I will never order from this seller again.
