I am a Randolph Scott fan. I have always enjoyed watching his movies and here I can watch 4 movies for the price of one. His movies always have great actors and a good story behind it and that's what makes it so entertaining.

My Review
Because of my nostalgic recollections of Randolph Scott western movies of the 1950's, I decided to purchase this DVD, collection of four such films. They are "Colt 45" 1950), "Fort Worth" (1951), "Tall Man Riding" (1955), and "Ride the High Country" (1962). Of these, my favorite was "Tall Man Riding." Although they were ranked rather highly by others, I personally found them to be average westerns for the most part. In my opinion, they don't compare to such great Hollywood westerns as "The Oxbow Incident" (1940), "My Darling Clementine" (1947), and "High Noon" (1952). It's interesting to note that "Ride the High Country" (1962) was both Randolph Scott's and Joel ... For those of us who were raised on westerns with easy to recognize good and bad guys these movies are a great escape to the yesteryears of our youth.
