This laptop is fantastic for work and school. For 622 cad shipped, it's absolutely fabulous. Note there's no empty dimm slot for ram upgrade, but upgrade to the SSD, wificard, and battery is possible. It's a wonderful product for it's price point. It's also pretty much silent on light use.

Laptop looked great and worked for a day but then started overheating when closed. Lenovo offered no solution to fix or replacement, instead said to just send it back. Had purchased on sale vs other options, warning to others not to purchase from here as they won’t fix your issue!

The item i recieved was defective. I recieved a damange product. The threat was coming off from both straps, when adjusted - it would snap more fibers. Take a look at the pictures. I tried to contact them and they ignored me for almost 3 days, would need to notifly paypal soon lets hope they respond soon shame that this is from Lenovo Canada's legit ebay store.
