Contacted seller, they initially got back with me wanted pictures of everything .i sent them , then no response back. The part number and picture they have was for the electric lumbar support, the box i received had part number for the same, but with the manual lumbar support inside.

PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a $700 car part, but the seller sent the wrong item. Since then, it’s been a nightmare. They don’t respond to messages and aren’t helpful with the shipping return. Authorities need sender and receiver IDs, but the seller ignores my messages, causing customs delays. How can a company mess up an expensive order and not follow up? After over 10 years on eBay, I'm shocked to find such a seller.
