This tape is dated 11/25/2020. Edges are hardened and consistently getting tear outs. Can't get a solid piece more than a couple inches.. 3M says to use their masking tape withing 18 months. So, no this isn't "New" Messaged seller days ago with zero reply. Judging by their follow up feedback they leave I'm sure they'll comment on this by saying how great they are.... Buy elsewhere.

    High quality, well made scanner.

    I have this same scanner on my office desk and use it every day and have been impressed at how easy it is to use, especially for setting up and scanning a whole stack of documents into a newly created folder, auto naming etc. The quality is fantastic and it is fast as lightning. When we decided to spend the money on a scanner for home use, I really didn't think I could find anything comparable in any affordable price range. Took a chance on another scanner, a new one for about $275 and it was just plain awful. The color scans were dark and blotchy and no matter what I tried in the settings they were just awful. Obviously the color photo scanning was a big part of the decision to buy one so I boxed it back up and returned it for a refund. I decided to look for the Kodak like I had at ...

    High resolution photo scans fast and easy.

    Scans fast at 300 dpi!. I had to clean the glass over the scan windows couple of times with ROR optical lens cleaner to get perfectly clean. Had some kind of residue. Once windows were clean it scanned without any dust streaking. Also I had to configure the settings in the Kodak software for single sided high res color photographs. The software works perfect in Windows 7 - pretty easy set-up.

    Fast Scanner, hard worker - Bad for Photo Scanning

    I purchased this product to try and recreate a Target Photo Center Rapid Scanner at my home for the thousands of print photos that I and my family have. Unfortunately, the resolution of the color images is only 200 DPI. Sadly, that doesn't produce great photos for resolution if I need to print or share. Overall, its a good scanner, fast, reliable, just not of the quality that I had hoped.

    If you want high speed scanning then this works great.

    It works as advertised, is in perfect condition. I am very happy with the purchase. I was unable to load the software onto my Windows 8 that I run on my Macbook, but I was able to run it on a pc that is running Windows 8.
