    great device

    This is my fifth Tom-tom over the years. Even though the car has an on-board navigation device I still prefer the features and ease of operation of Tom-tom.

    Long time get signal

    This model"Go 2535t"every time when turn off then back on takes a while to get Sat signal not ideal for cab driver when get a call need right away connection. My last tomtom XXL much faster Sat connected

    Defective product

    The gps plays a tutorial repeatedly while I’m attempting to navigate, making it impossible to use. When I advised the vendor, they sent me instructions to do a factory reset. I contacted them to tell them the reset did not solve the problem. And they did not respond
