Item as described and well packed. I was charged $11.45 for Priority Mail shipping. This item took a very long time to get here so I wrote the seller to ask if it was sent Priority Mail and they said it was. The item finally got here with the Ground Label and postage shown of $5.60. I was charged more than double the actual shipping fee and mislead into believing it was coming Priority Mail.
