    The 2nd replacement works fine

    My son uses every night before bed because it always hot in his room. I like the timer feature so I can set for a couple hours before it automatically turns off. Mode 10 is quite loud so I opt for mode 5 or 6. The swirl mode is also handy if I want to share cool air with others. Heat mode works ok in small room.(400sf). My first product made rattling noise around the base so I sent it back. Need to buy a remote control and stick it on top of fan or else I won’t be able to set timer or adjust mode. I did not pay attention to how much electricity saved over traditional fan. Overall, expensive but safe and fun to use . Will consider buying another for the guest room.

    Dyson products are overpriced....especially used or refurbished!

    Works as described and very effective for my purpose. My major problem with Dyson products is that they are way overpriced for what little they are. They are just a normal fan inside but fools everyone into believing they are special and worth the price. Take one a part and you will see what I mean. And Dyson customer support is nothing to write (email or social media) home to mom about. Especially when yours won't work. All they offer is for you to send it back in (pay for shipping) and give you 20% off a new one. Then they fix it and resell it as refurbished or renewed and charge you only $20 less than new price. Scam artistry at it's best!!!! I bought it because it is stylish and I hate cleaning blade fans. I will admit that other cheaper fan/heaters are very noisy compared to Dyson ...

    Our First Dyson Product is a Big Hit!

    So far the Dyson AM09 has been a big assist in what has been an especially fierce winter here in the NW. Easy to use, excellent remote complete with excellent features. We're still experimenting with some of the features and I expect will enjoy it even more going forward. The manual is very well done and leaves nothing to chance.

    Great working condition, if you cant handle a few nicks scrapes and scratches then think twice.

    I expect the Dyson’s work as any new one would right out of the box. I know it said reconditioned with light scratches however some scratches are a little more than anticipated. Some gouges and deep scrapes in very noticeable places. That being said the heating portion has been working well and only time will tell the true quality of the product.

    Very good value for an all-in-one heater/cooling unit for a small room.

    What a nice addition to our guest room. This is a fairly quiet but effective system for heating (and I'm assuming cooling, but I don't know yet...) a room. The remote control is small and comfortable to use, and the unit is stable. It was refurbished and functions perfectly. The very minor surface imperfections are barely noticeable, so it is attractive as well as useful.
