    Great item, follow the instructions

    For best fit, adherence to the surface and look, strongly recommend removing the old 'sticker' and clean the mating surface. If you dont have acetone, some of that Goo Gone will work, but give it time to work and clean off the Goo Gone completely afterwards with a good dish soap and water. You wont regret taking the extra time to get it right.

    Top quality and fit

    So far, so good! The badge has been on my car for a couple of weeks and seems to be staying in place. The adhesive is strong enough that you have to be careful to align the insert correctly on the first shot - you won't get a second chance. I was a tiny bit off (see photo), and the lower right corner is slightly outside of the recessed area in the badge. I'll eventually find out if that matters.

    Amazing! Totally completed the front of my new to me Volvo XC90

    Only thing that drove me nuts about my new Volvo was the faded grille R design badge in the grille. Dealer wanted $60! This overlay is incredible! FOLLOW directions; the factory badge is a metal decal that will peel out of the housing with a thin screwdriver. Remove all adhesive and place in the new overlay; my first photo is with the factory decal and ALL ADHESIVE gone. Second pic is with the new overlay in. Looks amazing and even my girlfriend noticed how much better the front of *her* car looks! Thanks so much!
