Know that there are two pieces: left side lower and left side under steering column need to be removed/opened up to access all plugs. I did not choose to hook up the horn. Lights flash as needed. Very satisfied with product.

It’s to the left of the steering column. Pop the panel out and you can install the module in minutes. Toyota even leaves slack in the Blue wire to splice into the Horn/ Light feature.
