Seller messaged that the picture was not the right one, and sent a pic of th actual item. I asked a question, which was answered promptly, and item received was just as described. I do realize they're just dish towels, but regardless of the actual item purchased, I always appreciate a good ebay buying experience (however small), and want to pass on the info of a "good seller". IMHO, people spend too much time just on complaints, and don't share POSITIVE experiences enough. Thank you :-).

I bought 3 of the same dish towels and I messaged the seller before I purchased because my shipping was 23 dollars. I asked to buy all 5 they listed. 2 green 2 black 1 grey. They said they would refund me shipping. I asked could they do 8.99 shipping. They said yes and that they only had 3 one of each color. They only refunded me 7. So I was still paying too much I asked for the rest of my refunded. She refunded me 3 dollars. Wouldn’t refunded me to the agreed price. Liar. CS wouldn’t help me

the towels shipped to them were three not two as they had asked for shipping on two not three so 11.97 is correct for 3 items per shipping policy
two items would be 8.99
policy is set up for half off all shipping after the first and was stated to them mutiple times
