The item arrived well packaged, but the phone's speaker did not work. I informed the vendor of this, and they said they would send a replacement speaker (despite my having told them that I am not a mobile phone technician).
They supplied a tracking number for the replacement speaker, which appears not to have existed, and the said speaker did not arrive.
Having had no luck with this vendor, I have since purchased a used phone of the same model from a UK vendor, which works as described.
