Right part number on the box, wrong part inside. Was not the electric version was manual version. Contacted seller, they initially got back with me wanted pictures of everything .i sent them , then no response back. The part number and picture they have was for the electric lumbar support, the box i received had part number for the same, but with the manual lumbar support inside.

PLEASE AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a $700 car part, but the seller sent the wrong item. Since then, it’s been a nightmare. They don’t respond to messages and aren’t helpful with the shipping return. Authorities need sender and receiver IDs, but the seller ignores my messages, causing customs delays. How can a company mess up an expensive order and not follow up? After over 10 years on eBay, I'm shocked to find such a seller.
