This is the second unrepaired Ender 3 I've bought, and the second one that was clearly a user problem. This had all its parts, the id10t who owned it before me just couldn't follow the simple instructions--he had the Y and X axis rollers completely loose. No wonder he had terrible performance. Looks like he tried printing 2 benchys and gave up. I assembled the printer properly and it worked like a champ right out of the box! I guess they just haven't dumbed-down 3D printing enough yet.

Excellent seller. The printer I ordered ended up being out of stock, but the seller was quick to reach out and offer me a replacement of greater value. Item arrived as described. I knew I was taking a risk buying an un-repaired printer, and it took some work and troubleshooting to figure it out, but two days later and about $15 in parts I am up and printing. Seller was excellent and communicating and giving me options. Will definitely buy from them again.

Excellent seller! Communicative and helpful. UPS had a problem and the seller helped out! The printer I got was fairly new. It was in the OEM box and looked like someone got it as a Christmas present but they couldn’t get it working. It wouldn’t power up but I got it figured out in about 5 minutes after checking with a multimeter. Everything is in good shape and perfect for my new Ender 3 NG project. A+ would buy again from this seller. I love refurbishing Ender 3 units!
