    I received the wrong item and contacted the seller right away. It took weeks to get a response, and after I replied back, I’ve been waiting over a month with no further communication. In the meantime, since my grill and fog lights were out and I needed to drive my car, I had to modify the fogs more than should have been necessary, which unfortunately ruined the housing. I was able to make it fit somewhat, but I’m concerned about water getting in. The halos nice but the poor customer service

    We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but it’s important to clarify a few details. You chose to modify your fog lights, which is not something we recommended or required. It appears the damage occurred after you made modifications to your original housings. Unfortunately, once a product or vehicle component has been altered, we can’t be responsible for the outcome. Based on your description, it sounds like installation assistance from a professional may have been the better option.
