Seller met all of my requests and was very responsive while packaging the product for shipment, so I can't mark this as negative. But, seller was unprofessional immediately after winning the bid. The seller agreed to my modification request per the listing. But, they removed the original shipping option on my invoice, which raised the cost by $10. When I questioned that, seller noted they are already taking a steep loss but if I was determined to save $10, they'd send a new invoice. They did.
