Years ago we were fortunate to have had dinner at the now closed Ubuntu in Napa Valley. The meal was amazing!! I’ve had my eye on this book for some time. I was finally able to get it. I like the layout of the book and the recipes are great. They are intermediate and above as far a cooking levels. I have book marked a few to make. This is a great cook book by a chef who’s renowned for his handling of vegetables with grace and versatility. The photos and content are beautiful and recipes therein are all enticing. A must own cookbook for any kitchen.
