    They are very nice machines. You are actually better off in some respects with the 4th Gen because Microsoft has said they may stop supporting Windows versions older than 10 on 6th Gen machines which leaves you without an option to go to Windows 7 or 8 if desired. This is a mini-desktop, not a small form factor machine. SFF is fine until you want to expand it. This was for an HTPC. Larger diameter fans are quieter, the larger power supply, and more options for high performance video are why I went with a mini-desktop.
