Shipping......Not their fault, but shipping with Ontrac was atrocious. OnTrac lost 1 package and delivered another so late that I had to buy somewhere else. Never was able to talk to a human on the phone. Everything was through their AI chatbot that is useless. Closest I got was texting a representative and even that took way longer than it should have.
