I would like to follow up. After checking with the manufacturer this was a proto type from Lindsey Thornburg. Un finished product. Never meant for resale. Definetly not pre owned. That said. I feel that the listing was misrepresented. All sales are final, so as a buyer I should have examined the details closer.
The cloak was returned to the manufacturer and the buyer is bound by all sales are final.
