You get what you pay for.
Have the Fans in balanced mode using icue, in a corsair x570 mirror black. These fans at full speed can get loud with exceptional cooling. Although the only time they ever got loud was wan I manually adjusted them to full speed. The air flow was amazing. But like I said the sound was loud but not louder than the fans that came stock on h150i elite. Of course I had to manually set those fans as well. Because they keep my case thermals low without having to blast at top speed. In fact they have never been over 40% might be because I have six of them. Either way they do their job and do it well. Icue has come a long way. Running my keyboard, mouse, h150i elite aio, power supply rm850i, corsair st100 head stand, and corsair headset, and a lighting node core with 4 rgb strips attached. No ... Fan placement is important.
This fan is great and seems to mainly be used in the front and top of the case. My side panel (Corsair air 240) shows off the RGB and it's great if done right. My only pick part is how the RGB is placed because if you place it differently, it will pop right at you. But other than that, it's great. Just know where and how to place this specific fan. My only suggestion is to get a fan grill that cover the center part where the led is exposed if you're placing the fan in a certain way inside. You can see the bottom fan where it's in taking air and pushing to my intake gpu for better cooling but the led is exposed. But they are also silent.
