Possibly leaking at one time. 1 Item still has liquid makeup in but crusty in cap as it looks to have been opened a while for it to dry up. The items were demos, and priced accordingly. They would not have been sticky. It is true that there is some foundation under the caps because of it leaking out since some would have been dispensed during classes. They were responsibly demonstrated.

I would have been disappointed had it not arrived as promised. But it did arrive exactly as seller said it would, and it was “ packaged” very creatively too, for an extremely tiny item. A bit overpriced, but this was probably the last such product on the planet, so that’s ok. They were $12 back in the day, so I list them for $17.99, partly because of fees, and because there is some work involved to find these items and bring them to the platform.
