Charged $12 for shipping and sent in a cheap, thin, non padded, poly bag. It arrived torn and book was damaged, albeit not severely.
They sent a request to revise review blaming post office for damage. Any book put in that would be damaged if put into a backpack.
They took no accountability.

They deserve a second or third or fourth or maybe fifth chance.
