"History on Stamps" has accuracy in all description of what he sells. He doesn't label anything "New" or "Used" which I am grateful for as to me it is in "the eye of the beholder". With shipping costs combined on all the items I ordered, it was very reasonable & a nice gesture from the seller to buyer.
