I bought a tiny pendant with nice diamond. I wanted to replace white chain with longer rose gold one.
I can't replace it- the setting was so tiny it wouldn't come off. I asked before I bought it. First of all, the picture is a larger pendant! It's not the one I bought, so it requires a jeweler to change. Do not expect seller to be helpful. I did get part refund, but be sure of sizes and gold colors when buying. Note to Seller- be helpful if you want more sales!!
