Only complaint: item was listed as "New - Open Box", but item was clearly used a lot (had multiple initials from past owners) and ejector has difficulty ejecting all tips (Can probably be fixed by opening up the channel head and adjusting things). Otherwise, pipette functions great out of box with low variability across each channel, still well worth the price!
