Horrible, rude seller. Would not communicate and I did not receive this costume when needed. Told them the needed by date multiple times. Snarky in communication. Would not recommend. Tried to communicate before leaving this review and was not able to resolve this. Would be happy to return the one costume we did receive for a refund. Costume is thin and cheap but what expected for the price. We were looking for a quick replacement.

False advertising. The posting said "Turtleneck" but the item is not a turtlneck, it's a MOCK turtleneck. There is no fold-over collar which would make it a turtleneck. I tried to return it for a full refund including the seller paying shipping and they refused, offered me $6 compensation on the $13.94 item. They were polite but clearly they operate under non-US-market assumptions; they don't understand the seriousness of false advertising. I just gave up, I don't recommend this seller.
