Seller substituted (2) EH 12AT7b tubes for JJ's. He did not contact me about the substitution, and there was no verbiage in the posting stating he reserved the right to make such substitutions. I ordered a complete set of JJ tubes, that is what I expected and I did not receive them. Seller was unhelpful offer some lame excuses, then finally offered a "compete refund" if I packed, shipped and paid for the return. I’m not paying for his arrogance and hubris - I’ll never buy from him again.

Customer was never told to pay for return shipment and was offered a full refund. Return shipping is guaranteed through Ebay. I guess that sounded arrogant.
