I had to adjust the rubber wrist band which took no time at all. All I used was scissors and a small paper clip to press on the rods. It took no more than 10 minutes total. The watch was brand new with tags so the condition was perfect. I have my new favorite watch to wear during my upcoming vacation. Shipper was excellent as well!
