These fools will do anything to admit the possibility that they may have made (or resold) a defective cable. To the point of suggesting that "if I send a picture of the cable, they can tell by looking at it if is defective. The truth is that there must be a break in the "Y," which obviously cannot be seen (or heard), as the right channel works fine, but the left is mostly static. Very underhanded and dishonest. Never again, not for me!
