    The product is what was described and I am happy with that. I was not happy with paying 30.00 for shipping. I asked for outlast or shipping at that rate and seller refused. Considering I had to wait 4 days for it to be sent and shipping was overpriced I would have thought that the seller would entertain that option a bit. I would have been happy paying a bit more. But 30.00 for shipping and a delayed shipping date is a bit much

    Customer purchased Thursday evening November 7th with 2 day handling time on item. Item was dropped off Monday the 12th and delivered on the 17th for reference to people reading. Canada post doesn't ship over weekends and not sure mail moved Monday given Remembrance Day.
