The description does correctly say "one tube per purchase." The listing is deliberately misleading visually and textually. I contacted the seller and they replied "what did you expect for $7.49?" I thought I was getting a good deal. It's sellers like this that give online purchases a bad reputation. The quality of the tube itself is decent.
