The ford part number in the listing includes 4 items. I believe they open the package to sell 4 items. This is their business model. It is more expensive to return the item, then buy the part from a ford dealer. Most customers, like myself, will not return the item for a refund.

    Exactly what I needed.

    The adjuster and body shop both told me that I needed a new set of running boards just bc this end cap was missing. $56 later and they look fine. This was an EOM part and way easier than going to our dealer.

    Disappointed

    Instead of right front or left rear, I'd suggest driver side or passenger side. The one I bought is for the wrong side and I bet I'm not alone. RF to me is the passenger front side. I guess it's the side from the front view of my vehicle.
