This guy was great-totally a stand up person on ebay. I spent tons of time on the phone with trying to get it to work and come to find out we determined BMW had their wiring backwards. He ship me a new unit with a backward plug and it worked perfectly. installed on a GS 1300 2024, It the mean time he help me wire his unit backwards temporary

This plug and play assembly worked well for adapting a new Garmin Zumo XT GPS to the stock GPS cradle of my 2023 BMW F900XR. Install was a bit tricky as I chose not to remove any side panels and was working withing the confines of the front fork cavity. It took a while but was possible.
