The laptop is exactly as advertised. Arrived in a well-packed box. The only issue was that the battery died after a couple of weeks. However, the customer support was excellent. I received a new battery in under a week. Plus they gave me a $25 credit for the problem (I didn't ask for it). I would buy from AAA PCs Store again.
