I will start by saying they did give me a refund. That's the only reason this is neutral and not negative. You can see by the pics below, the manner in which I received the item. Their, frankly, rude response was that their pics should the box was a bit worn. That's true. HOWEVER, they decided to ship it in a simple envelope as you can see so it was totally destroyed by the time it reached me. Even better, since the box was destroyed, I took the item out and it's head fell off! Be careful.
