I ride an electric tricycle and bought these to relieve pressure on bunions. They perform this function and I was also able to use my legs more powerfully and reduce the amount of electric assist needed to get up hills.

Not only was it not in packaging, as eBay's guideline description, it has clearly been fitted before, as shown by marks where it is installed. The worst part was the shipping. The cost was very high for what it was and it was sent with yodel, despite the description stating otherwise.
