I had to purchase two items and made an offer on one, asking to reduce by the shipping cost, so I didn’t have to pay to ship two items when they would likely be shipped together. The offer was declined, and I ended up buying the items I needed at full price. They work fine and were as described. I left negative feedback purely because of shipping. Qidi reached out today and apologized and offered to reimburse more than the shipping costs. Not many companies would do that, and I appreciate it.

Printer was very well packaged. Had the printer up and running the day I received it. Had a problem printing my first part. Contacted support and had a reply the next day. I did not have the platter distance to the extruder tip set correctly, which was my fault. Re-ran the calibration and got the distance set correctly. I've printed 3 templates and the actual part prototype. There is a learning curve in operating this machine.
