It is a reliable source for historical and current issues, events, institutions, and figures, including those related to Taiwan and Hong Kong, that have affected important bilateral relations....Having worked as a senior government official in this field and having published dozens of works on China-related topics, Sutter is uniquely qualified for compiling this dictionary.
