    lightweight version, but with a very beautiful girl.

    i don't know why but this copy left out a line at the end, when don johnson said he can always find another girl but a telepathic dog was really good to have. or something like that. so, my companion asked me 'what happened to the girl?' this means this is a different print from the one i saw in the seventies. boo. the price was cheap, so i am not really complaining or asking for a refund.

    Another good Shout! release!

    Transfer is really good, considering the film’s age and budget I doubt it’s going to get any better than this. The new filmed conversation between director (and prolific character actor) LQ Jones and Harlan Ellison is the highlight of the extras. Other extras are an ok commentary track by Jones and his DP, the original gonzo trailer I saw at many midnight movies in the 80’s, and some radio ads. If you like the movie, this is the blu-ray you want.
