The seller definitely gets a 100 percent rating for their customer service. The CD player did not work when it arrived and I definitely displeased after paying so much money. This item said there were no returns but when I contacted the seller they said that it worked when it was shipped and felt that something must have happened during shipping since there is so many electronics to it. They refunded the money I paid in full. A+ customer service.
