Attempted to get a refund on order and shipping as the listing stated brand new and this item was 100% not brand new. Didn't have the cover over the screen, was DOA out of the box, was supposed to have 21 disposable covers and only had 19. I provided all of the proof on how this was not brand new and they still refused my 100% return. Won't pay for shipping back and I won't give them back something they will just resell as new when it is obviously not.
