    Vietnam Combat Vet

    Excellent movie to recall all that went on in the war zone and at home. I personally forgot many of the events during the war because when I returned home to all the negativity towards the men fighting over there was to much to bear for me. I basically went into my own personal shell and stayed there, not having any pride that could be shown for sacrificing for our country. This all affected me for the rest of my life.

    Very Well Made Documentary

    This is a very well made documentary. It doesn't seem to push any political agendas. It seems to stick only to historical facts, and as a result it carries significant amount of weight, in a good sense.

    Another great Ken Burns film.

    This expansive film took over a decade to complete, and it's detailed and riveting account of the Vietnam era is one of Burns' best films. Truly great storytelling.

    Want to go to war? Watch this FIRST!

    Excellent Documentary on the Vietnam War. Too bad we don't learn from our mistakes. I have not finished watching it but I was there and it really disturbs me the way it was run, the people we lost and the generals that were too macho to tell the truth.
