    Worked in 1982 and still does.

    This is an older version of the Atkins diet which is stricter than the current version. It worked for my husband and myself in 1999 and is working now. The diet is a life style in the long run..

    This book arrived in very poor condition the front cover was falling apart requiring quite a bit of tape the pages are brown on the edges. Very disappointed in the condition.
