SELLER NOT TO BE TRUSTED If you have an issue with your item don't bother trying to work it out with him. He doesn't know how to communicate. Seller didn't physically ship for over a week. No response from him. When I took it up with ebay with the clear desire for a refund he shipped it the latter part that week. Item isn't as described. For starters, 12G of ram, not 16. Pictures are of a different computer. I understand people use stock photos but he made no mention of this in his description.
