    This is a step by step process that will help you lose fat. You may not lose a lot of total weight, but you will see a difference in the way you look, feel, and the way your cloths fit in two weeks. The first week sounds hard, you have to stay under 20grams of carbs a day, but the payoff is tremendous. The plan gets easier and easier as you go along. Carbs are reintroduced and by the end of the second week you can have some pizza again...yes, regular pizza from your favorite restaurant. There are no foods to buy or prepackaged meals of any kind. You will have to by some protein powder, but there are plenty of good tasting protein shakes available now. In the final "maintenance" phase (weeks 7-8) you get 1 cheat day (eat anything you want and 2 carb up days (pizza, pasta, cake, etc). I can ...

    This is simple and has worked very fast for me. In the mere 2 weeks from starting this easy to follow program and not even following it to the "T" I have lost 11 lbs. I have never taken off so much weight with visual results in such a short amount of time. No dieting, no exercise and no hunger and I'm satisfied. Again did I mention this is easy?     This book is better then other diet or lifestyle change books I've ever read because it is simple to understand and the author knew her stuff! Her credits are what made her who she was and the knowledge she had surpassed any other!! Sharing this info with others with this book was a very unselfish act on Wendys part. She loved helping others and what a gift to give to people! The results speak for themselves. It's amazing!!!

  • Lose the weight

    I had heard about this book on the radio and checked it out of the library. It has sound principles and was quite similar to the weight loss philosophy I had learned through a program at a local hospital. I was going to try and copy some of the pages, when I had an idea to look on e-bay. Low and behold, there it was and at a great price. Although I haven't gotten motivated to use the program described in the book yet, I am 99% sure it will work. I highly recommend this book to anyone trying to lose weight.

  • Helpful Weightloss Guide

    I bought this book on Ebay, because I couldn't find it in the stores and didn't want to wait. The book is well written, with the exception of some redundant information - but that is to get the point across I guess. It explains why we can diet and diet and still not lose weight. It explains that you need to adopt the principles in the book to keep weight off after you lose it. There are easy recipes that you can adapt to your own taste. Overall, I enjoyed the book and am on my way to safe and effective weight loss.
