    This is a fantastic introduction to bat conservation, including profiles of a few bat scientists and organizations that are working to save these amazing and beneficial creatures. If you know anyone interested in bats, anyone interested in zoology, anyone interested in wildlife, anyone who can be moved by the wonders of the natural world, or any young person you wish to inspire to consider science as a career, this is a book you must buy. One of the great aspects of the book is that all the people profiled are real; you can actually contact them yourself! The author was brilliant to chose the right scientist to profile. After my children read the book they were so excited that they actually called Bat Conservation International (www.batcon.org) and were able to speak with the real bat ...
