    Love, love, love it.

    One of my favorites is snapper veracruzana (pictured below). Every recipe I've tried so far has been very, very delicious. There are beautiful photos of the recipes as well. It's nice not to have to wade through the tomes that are on the market these days. This concise little gem is all you need.
