    Lyrical, profound, mystical, profoundly Catholic!

    I discovered Caryll Houselander through the readings of hers that sometimes appear in "Magnificat." She was a brilliant, mystical writer whose deep understanding of Jesus present in the world--and in every person in the world--transformed her life and informs all of her writing. I cannot recommend her beautiful writing enough for anyone who is serious about deepening their Catholic faith and Christian vision of the world.
