    Raymond Brown is the quintessential expert on the Gospel of John and the Johannine epistles. This book is a concise commentary that could substitute for the three volumes of the Anchor Bible Encyclopedia (Vol. 29, 29A, and 30) that Brown authored. This book arrived on time and in pristine condition.
